An SPCA officer calls it a severe case of animal abuse. A Prichard man faces charges, after witnesses say he stomped a puppy to death. Officers say David Allen got into a fight with his girlfriend. They say that's when he grabbed the puppy, stomped on it, then kicked it. By the time police got there- the mixed breed puppy was dead. Allen faces up to 10 years in prison because of the nature of this crime.
