Case Updates

Nulph pleaded nolo contende (no contest) and entered into a Cobb's agreement. Under these terms, he has been issued a presentence of 15 days in jail. His final sentencing date is scheduled for April 8th at 9AM, at which point victim impact statements will be read. One of Nulph's previous girlfriends intends to issue a statement reflecting the fact that Nulph had also abused her dog between 1996 and 1997 while they were together.
