Use a Different Email Address The immediate solution is to use another email address with an unblocked domain. This change will allow you to receive emails from us. If you don't have another email address with a different domain, you might consider signing up for one at Yahoo! or Hotmail, or sign up for a free caring4animals.com email account.
Contact Your ISP We encourage you to contact the customer service department of your ISP to request receipt of Constant Contact emails. (Constant Contact is the email service we use to send out our newsletters. They are 100% legitimate and require all of their clients to comply with anti-SPAM laws.)
A letter to your ISP not only relays your dissatisfaction, but also, and most importantly, requests a lift to the block. Below is a sample letter you can send to your ISP - and please also forward the complaint ticket number from the ISP to [email protected]:

I understand that you have a blacklist in place to protect customers like myself from unsolicited email; however, this blacklist has made it impossible for me to receive newsletters, announcements, and promotions that I have subscribed to receive. I value these communications and would like to receive them using this email address.
The sender of these emails uses an email marketing service called Constant Contact. Constant Contact is not an open relay and has extremely strict anti-spam policies in place. Because you block emails from Constant Contact I am unable to receive these communications.
